Resolution and frame rate

Webcam resolution is primary factor in visual clarity. 4k webcams should be technically four times as clarity as 1080p webcams. Even though 4k webcams don’t always guarantee a better experience, there are still other factors that influence the performance. While frame rate / frame per second (FPS) for webcams is critical metric, since it relates directly to how professional your video appears to others at the other end.

All the three models come equipped with 4k image sensor. Both eMeet and Nexigo comes equipped with Starvis Sony image sensor for sharp image detail and support 60fps @1080p. Logitech Brio can go up to 90fps @720p, up to 60fps @1080p same as the other two competitors.

 Digital zoom

All the three models come with fixed lens, so zooming can only happened with digital zoom. Digital zoom capability in a webcam is typically used because the device has a fixed lens. Unlike cameras with a true zoom lens (optical zoom), most standard webcams do not have moving internal glass elements to physically magnify a subject.

S600 can zoom digitally up to 2.1x, while N970p can go up to 10x digital zoom, and the Logitech Brio can go digital zoom up to 5x.
